"Everything I wanted was out of stock"
I tried ordering from here twice, and both times the stuff I actually wanted was out of stock. Which, I get it, popular items sell out, but it’s still annoying when you’re ready to buy and then suddenly your options shrink to basically whatever’s left. I ended up just clicking around for a while and giving up. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely frustrating.

I ordered from tolevita.com i was disappointed. The material felt kind of cheap, and the stitching/seams looked messy right out of the package. After only a couple of uses, it already started looking worn, which was frustrating for the price. Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t buy it again.

My order ended up taking way longer than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking, hoping for some clear info, but there was basically nothing useful. When I reached out, it felt like I just got the usual policy excuse instead of an actual explanation. the delivery was really unreliable and frustrating

I wanted to like it, but the subscription just wasn’t flexible enough for me. I tried to pause it and—that’s where it got frustrating. It felt harder than it should’ve been, so I ended up deciding it’s not really for me.

"Still Waiting After Two Weeks"
So, yeah, I’m still waiting after two weeks, which is frustrating. I mean, I get that delays happen and all that, but at this point I was really expecting some kind of update or, you know, at least a clearer idea of what’s going on.

"Couldn’t Even Get My Order Through"
I tried to check out several times, but the payment/order page kept failing for no clear reason. What made it more frustrating was how carelessly it felt like support handled it, no real help, no useful explanation, just a bunch of generic responses. I ended up not even being able to finish my order.

I thought there would be more to pick from. But the selection felt really small. A bunch of the stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there, and a few categories were basically empty. Kind of a letdown. I ended up leaving without buying anything

I ordered from Tolevita because the photos and description made the product look really nice, but what showed up was disappointing. The size, material, and overall look were not what I expected at all. I even had to go back and compare it to the listing to make sure I hadn’t missed something, which was just extra work I didn’t feel like dealing with. if the description had been more accurate, I wouldn’t have bought it.

"Just didn’t taste right to me"
I really thought I was going to like this, especially because it looked decent and the price made me assume it would taste better, but it just didn’t work for me. The flavor had this weird artificial thing going on, like an aftertaste that stuck around too long. I tried it more than once because sometimes stuff tastes better the second time, but it was still bad. Maybe someone else would be fine with it, but I couldn’t finish it.

"Pretty disappointed with how it arrived"
I got my order, but the packaging was a letdown. The box was super thin and already half crushed when it showed up, and there was barely any protection inside. For what I paid, I expected my stuff to arrive looking a lot better than that. It just felt careless, and it definitely makes me think twice about ordering again.

"Support took forever to reply"
I messaged them about my order and heard nothing for days. When they finally got back to me, it was basically like, “We’re looking into it,” but they didn’t actually answer what I asked. I had to follow up again just to get any real info. Frustrating experience and not really what I expected from an online shop

"Ingredient info was hard to find"
I couldn’t really find clear ingredient details before buying, which made me hesitate. Maybe I just missed it, but it shouldn’t be that hard to figure out what’s in something. It felt a little sketchy to me, not gonna lie.

I’m really not happy with my experience. The site was confusing to use, and I kept feeling like I was missing something or going in circles. By the end, I regretted using it. Like, how is this okay for something that should’ve been simple?

"Billing was fine, invoices were slow"
I was charged the right amount, so no issues there, but the invoices took a bit too long to show up. Not a huge deal, just kind of annoying when you’re waiting on them.

"Tracking Just Wouldn’t Update"
I kept checking the tracking, but it was just stuck and never seemed to move. When you reach out hoping someone can actually explain what’s going on, you expect at least a little real help, but I didn’t get that. Frustrating experience overall.
